VINCI Construction UK Underway with a £15.5 Million Contract to Design and Construct Grade A Office Building in Cambridge

VINCI Construction UK has been awarded a £15.5 million contract to design and construct a 64,433 sq ft Grade A office building for client St John’s College, Cambridge and their development managers, Turnstone Estates. Accommodation will be arranged over five floors at St John’s Innovation Park in Cambridge.
Also included in the contract is the provision of associated parking, landscaping, services, drainage and statutory service supplies.
